Ingredients
  1. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  2. 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  3. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  4. Salt and pepper, to taste
  5. Splash of lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Thinly slice the Brussels spouts (using the slicing blade on your food processor, if you have one). Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the Brussels sprouts in a thin layer. Only stir occasionally, to allow the sprouts to get browned and crispy. When the Brussel sprouts are mostly browned, add the garlic and cook for an additional minute. Season with salt and pepper, to taste and serve with a squeeze of lemon.
Notes
  1. Could also garnish with some red pepper flakes if you'd like them to be a little spicy.
