This smoothie (and its main ingredients) are very popular in our house! I could barely snap a picture without little hands trying to eat the mango or grab the smoothie.

Ingredients
  1. 1 banana, peeled
  2. 1 cup of frozen mango (we use Trader Joe's)
  3. 1/4 cup orange juice
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. Handful of spinach
  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  7. Dash of cinnamon
  8. Dash of nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
Notes
  1. Out KitchenAid Architect blender is probably considered "middle-of-the-road" as far as blenders are concerned, but it tackles the spinach well; the smoothies come out creamy and delicious every time!
  2. We will add extras based on what's in the fridge or nutritional needs - lately we've added a handful of hemp hearts (omegas) or we've substituted an avocado for the banana.
