This smoothie (and its main ingredients) are very popular in our house! I could barely snap a picture without little hands trying to eat the mango or grab the smoothie.

Ingredients
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 cup of frozen mango (we use Trader Joe's)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup milk
- Handful of spinach
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Dash of cinnamon
- Dash of nutmeg
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
Notes
- Out KitchenAid Architect blender is probably considered "middle-of-the-road" as far as blenders are concerned, but it tackles the spinach well; the smoothies come out creamy and delicious every time!
- We will add extras based on what's in the fridge or nutritional needs - lately we've added a handful of hemp hearts (omegas) or we've substituted an avocado for the banana.
