Ingredients
  1. Steel Cut Oatmeal
  2. Canned Coconut Milk
  3. 1t vanilla
  4. 1/2 t cinnamon
  5. Diced mango
  6. Diced banana (optional)
Instructions
  1. Cook oatmeal according to package instructions. While oatmeal is cooking, whisk the coconut milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth. I used my handheld frother (best purchase of the year so far). Dice the mango and banana, if using. Serve oatmeal in a bowl topped with vanilla-coconut milk and fruit.
