Ingredients
- Steel Cut Oatmeal
- Canned Coconut Milk
- 1t vanilla
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- Diced mango
- Diced banana (optional)
Instructions
- Cook oatmeal according to package instructions. While oatmeal is cooking, whisk the coconut milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth. I used my handheld frother (best purchase of the year so far). Dice the mango and banana, if using. Serve oatmeal in a bowl topped with vanilla-coconut milk and fruit.
